Charger Case Replacement

The following are the steps of pairing:

1. Open the Bluetooth on the iPhone, don't charge the case or have a charging case plugged in when pairing, please put the case close to the phone so that the case can find the phone.

2. Put the Air Pod into the case, open the lid, and press the sync button until the green light flashes.

3. Now the case is searching for the phone, please don't close the case lid.

4. if the pop-up window shows "Not Your Air Pod", just ignore it, please don't click "Connect", otherwise the pairing will fail. When the window shows "Air Pod" or the name you set, please connect. When it shows "Done", don't click it. Firstly, press the sync button and close the lid, then press "Done"

5. Open the case and wait for 2 seconds, when you see the Air Pod paired with an iPhone, take them out and enjoy your music.

Kindly Note:

Don’t click “Connect” when the phone displays” Not Your Air Pod”, otherwise the pairing may fail, please wait until the phone displays” Air Pod”, then click “Connect”
When already paired, press the sync button to exit the pairing mode, otherwise, the case will automatically exit the pairing mode 120 seconds later, but the Air-Pods maybe show they aren’t connected. ( just click the Air-Pods name on the Bluetooth page to get connected), and the battery percentage displays might jump up and down during this auto-exit process.
When paired, if one of the Air Pods has no sound, just put both Air Pods into the case, close the lid, and after a few seconds, take them out and they’ll work well.
The margin of error is 5% for the battery percentage of the case showing on the phone.
If the system is iOS, it should be iOS 12.2 or later versions.
